Providence Day junior point guard Devon Dotson is the No. 1 recruit in North Carolina for the class of 2018, according to the latest rankings from Phenom Hoop Report, a regional scouting service that tracks the state closely. For the class of 2018, Phenom Hoops ranked 155 N.C. players. UNC point guard commit Coby White is ranked No. 2 while UNC offer-holder Jairus Hamilton is ranked No. 5.
