UNC Football Lettermen Pay Respects To Norcross, Stringer

The UNC Football Lettermen’s Association was saddened to learn of the recent deaths of two of its members. Merl Norcross (Letterman 1945) passed away Jan. 7 at his home in Brant Lake, N.Y., at the age of 89, and Ed Stringer (1963-65), died at the age of 72 at his home in Oklahoma City, Okla., on the day after Christmas.
