Chargers to Relocate to Los Angeles
Posted Jan 12, 2017
Chargers chairman Dean Spanos was in no mood to reflect Thursday after announcing his plans to move the franchise to Los Angeles after 56 seasons in San Diego. The Chargers quickly changed their Twitter name and showed off a new Dodgers-like logo, although the team plans to continue to use its traditional lightning bolt logo. Spanos had until Jan. 17 to exercise the option to move to Los Angeles.
