Miami dismisses transfer forward

Miami had parted ways with a transfer to the program. Before the start of Miami’s game against Notre Dame, the team issued a statement announcing VCU transfer forward Michael Gilmore was dismissed from the program, “for failure to meet team expectations.” Gilmore, nephew of the Hall of Famer Artis Gilmore, was sitting out the season due to NCAA transfer regulations.
