Roy Williams was on the recruiting trail in Rochester, Minnesota to watch 2019 small forward Matthew Hurt on Saturday night, just hours after leading his Tar Heels to a 96-83 victory over No. 9 Florida State. Hurt scored 39 point and grabbed 11 rebounds.
