Jessie Aney/Haley Carter Win Doubles Crown In Las Vegas


Another tournament title for the No. 2 ranked UNC women’s tennis team. Jessie Aney and won the doubles crown at the Freeman Memorial Championship in Las Vegas. The top seed and ranked #2 in the country, Aney and Carter won two matches Sunday to secure the title. First came a 6-2 dismantling of Chalena Scholl and Kaitlyn McCarthy of Duke. (GoHeels.com)
