Vince Carter, the oldest active player in the NBA, turns 40 on Thursday. Carter is in his 19th NBA season. In between all of the ferocious dunk highlights, Carter has amassed quite the résumé. Carter has 24,295 career points, 24th most in NBA history. Of the 23 players ahead of Carter on the scoring list, every player eligible for the Hall of Fame has been inducted.
