Theo Pinson out for Miami game

University of North Carolina junior guard/forward Theo Pinson rolled his right ankle during Thursday's win over Virginia Tech and will not play at Miami on Saturday. According to a UNC news release, Pinson landed awkwardly while retrieving a rebound. Doctors continue to evaluate the Greensboro-native's injury. There is no timetable for his return.
