Tar Heels suspend Barrington Edwards for Wake

North Carolina backup tailback Barrington Edwards has been suspended for Saturday's game at Wake Forest for breaking a team rule, a team spokesman confirmed Monday night. Edwards, a junior, has rushed for 262 yards and one touchdown this season while backing up starter Ronnie McGill. (Raleigh News & Observer)
