North Carolina football coach Larry Fedora joined The David Glenn Show on National Signing Day to discuss the Tar Heels’ approach to in-state recruiting. During the interview, he also talked about recruiting under an NCAA cloud, rebuilding a prolific offense after losing several starters and “hustling” recruits.
