Billy Ross fulfills dream by signing with Tar Heels

The University of North Carolina football program made the offensive line a recruiting priority for 2017. Coach Larry Fedora and his staff filled their needs Wednesday when the Tar Heels signed five offensive linemen to letters of intent. One big catch was Billy Ross, a 6-foot-6, 310-pounder from Huntington High. Ross made things official during a signing ceremony Wednesday.
