Butch Davis interested in UNC job

Former Cleveland Browns and Miami Hurricanes football coach Butch Davis told the Charlotte Observer on Tuesday that he is interested in North Carolina's coaching position. "I don't know what direction they're going to go in," he said by telephone, "but I definitely am interested, and I'm interested in getting back into coaching." (Charlotte Observer)
