UNC Women's Lacrosse: Defending the Title
Posted Feb 6, 2017
North Carolina’s defense regularly shut down opponents last season. The Tar Heels only surrendered 182 goals in 2016, and less than one-third of those were assisted. UNC disrupted opponents’ offenses en route to its second national title. The Tar Heels will need to replicate this defensive success in 2017 as they seek to repeat as the national champions.
