Report: North Texas Defensive Coordinator Mike Ekeler Joining UNC Football Staff

Larry Fedora is adding Mike Ekeler to North Carolina's football coaching staff, according to FootballScoop. Ekeler, currently the defensive coordinator at North Texas, will take on a co-defensive coordinator role, per the report. This news would support the notion that current UNC defensive coordinator Gene Chizik has made his decision to exit the program. (Inside Carolina)
