Hiring unsuccessful coaches will drain an athletics director's credibility tank. Baddour's track record now includes Carl Torbush (twice), Matt Doherty and Bunting (twice, if you count the contract extension that Baddour and Chancellor James Moeser whipped out of their pockets on the sideline of Duke's football stadium nearly two years ago).
