The Dallas Cowboys turned heads across the NFL when they signed Jonathan Cooper on an affordable deal at the end of the regular season. The veteran guard had spent the majority of the season with the Cleveland Browns. Cooper was the No. 7 overall pick in the 2013 NFL Draft, and the Cowboys had been interested in drafting him before he was selected by Arizona.
