Joel Berry became the 75th Tar Heel to score 1,000 career points. He had 18 in the game, moving past Tommy LaGarde and Bob Paxton into 73rd place in UNC history with 1,013. Isaiah Hicks, who has 979 career points, will soon become the 76th member of UNC’s 1,000-point club, giving the current team four of them (Justin Jackson, Kennedy Meeks). (The Secondary Break)
