North Carolina wing Justin Jackson has seen enough of Virginia to get a feel for what he’ll face Saturday. Though No. 14 U.Va. is slumping, it won’t abandon its deliberate pace — a stark contrast to UNC’s warp-speed comfort zone. Of course, U.Va. loves playing slowly, as evidenced by its 350th-fastest tempo out of 351 Division I programs.
