ACC Football Kickoff: Williams says injuries have slowed Brooks Foster

Brooks Foster looked primed for a breakout year in the early stages of last season. But over UNC’s final nine games, Foster totaled just 16 receptions and topped 35 yards receiving in a game only once. Now a senior, he’s thought by most to be less of a desired target than teammates Hakeem Nicks and Brandon Tate. Just don’t include Tar Heels safety Deunta Williams, last season’s ACC defensive rookie of the year, on that list.
