ACC football schedule review: North Carolina Tar Heels

Larry Fedora has turned North Carolina into a power player over the past two seasons, but 2017 represents a changing of the guard. Virtually every skill player who contributed on the offense is gone, as are Nazair Jones, Des Lawrence and defensive coordinator Gene Chizik. So, can the rebuilt Tar Heels of 2017 make some noise in the Coastal? (
