Scout's Updated 2019 Top 60 College Basketball Recruits

Scout's 2019 player rankings have been updated and extend to 60. R.J. Barrett, a 6-6 wing out of Montverde (Fla.) Academy, held on to the top spot and the top five remained the same, but there were 11 newcomers. Who else made the list? The highest mover on this list is LaMelo Ball, who went from unranked up to No. 16. Ball is in the midst of a strong sophomore season.
