Jeff Capel's ALS diagnosis has made son Jason realize "how fragile life is"

Jeff Capel Jr., the Army veteran and former Old Dominion head coach, has ALS, an incurable, fatal disease. "My dad’s doing well," Jason Capel said. "He still does everything he’s always done. You learn to value every moment. I have two kids; my brother has three. We’re just trying to make sure my dad and our family spend as much time together as possible."
