Trubisky rising: How the UNC QB went from a backup to a top NFL prospect

If Mitch Trubisky is so good, why was he a backup for two seasons to a guy who didn’t make an NFL roster? Currently, Trubisky sits in the premiere class of this year’s quarterback crop, ranking just above Deshaun Watson and DeShone Kizer. The former Mr. Ohio threw 30 touchdowns, ran for five more and tossed just six interceptions last season for the Tar Heels.
