North Carolina is back on top of college basketball’s greatest rivalry. Joel Berry, efficient as ever in the first half and coming up big down the stretch, carried fifth-ranked North Carolina past No. 17 Duke 90-83 in ACC action Saturday night at the Smith Center, avenging last month’s loss and gaining momentum heading into next week’s ACC Tournament.
