One of the joys of spring training is the freedom to enjoy the good and dismiss the bad. And when Matt Harvey allowed four runs Sunday and could not complete two innings — well, hey, we’re just getting started. “It’s still early in spring,” Harvey said after facing 10 hitters in a 14-11 loss to the St. Louis Cardinals.
