Edwards Out for Season
Posted Oct 16, 2006
The North Carolina football program took another hit Sunday when coaches learned senior linebacker Larry Edwards suffered a broken left collarbone -- perhaps during pre-game warmups for Saturday's South Florida game. "This is a big blow," John Bunting said. "This is a crack, not a compound fracture. It will take some time to heal, but he’ll be good as new. He played the whole game long. He’s a really tough young man."
