Trail Blazers' Ed Davis undergoes successful surgery Tuesday

Ed Davis underwent successful surgery on his left shoulder Tuesday to stabilize the labrum and everything went without a hitch, so Davis will now start the long road to recovery. Davis is expected to be at full strength prior to training camp and he'll be back for at least one more season with the Trail Blazers on a cap hit of $6.35 million for the 2017-18 season.
