4. North Carolina: Roy Williams and his staff targeted a pair of in-state recruits -- Leaky Black and Coby White -- early and secured pledges from them. Black is a long, versatile perimeter player with the ability to play multiple positions. White, on the other hand, is a pure scorer. He's aggressive, stays in attack mode and is capable of getting baskets in bunches.
