T.J. Logan went into the combine as one of the least known UNC prospects. He was not even the best running back, but not anymore. Logan blazed through speed and agility drills and is rocketing up scout’s draft boards. This dude can fly. He has the burners to leave defenders. Logan ran the fastest 40-yard dash of all running backs at this year’s combine. (Carolina Blue)
