UNC, Bunting facing major crossroads

Recognize that sound? It’s time running out on North Carolina’s 2006 season, and quite possibly John Bunting’s tenure as head coach. If either of the above are to be salvaged, then the process must start today when the Tar Heels face South Florida in Chapel Hill. UNC has managed only a three-point win over Division I-AA Furman in its 1-4 start and has struggled to compete defensively with any of its opponents.
