Video: Sterling Manley, Jeremiah Francis combine for 48 in regional semifinal win

With the bright lights shining on Ohio Dominican on Wednesday, Pickerington Central's Jeremiah Francis and Sterling Manley showed out, combining for 48 points in an easy win over St. Charles. Manley, the future Tar Heel, played in front of UNC coach Roy Williams, scoring 23 points and pulling down five rebounds.
