Tar Heels take precautions to protect Joel Berry’s ankle

Joel Berry, whose right ankle became something of a cause for concern during UNC’s first stop in the NCAA Tournament, has worn a medical walking boot since the Tar Heels have returned home. Coach Roy Williams said Tuesday that decision was made as a precautionary measure “just to protect him,” as North Carolina prepares for Butler in the Sweet 16.
