Tar Heels take escape in stride

With a harrowing escape in the second round of the NCAA Tournament, North Carolina is braced for what might be on the horizon in the postseason. Or maybe it’s just out of the Tar Heels’ system. “A game like that we needed,” North Carolina guard Theo Pinson said Tuesday. “Now that we got through that, a stressful moment.” A close call can have its rewards.
