The Tar Heels, with Joel Berry and Justin Jackson clicking, put forth too much for Butler to combat in a 92-80 victory in the South Regional semifinals to move within one win of returning to the Final Four. “I felt it coming,” said Pinson. “There was something I could just feel was going to be special.” (Fayetteville Observer)
