Luke Maye’s outburst doesn’t shock teammates

For Kennedy Meeks and Theo Pinson, Luke Maye’s first-half production of 14 points and nine rebounds on the NCAA Tournament stage was reminiscent of efforts he has had during practices, breakouts that have shot down the Tar Heels’ starters. Never mind that Maye had hit double-digits just twice in UNC’s 24 games prior to Friday night. This felt familiar.
