Loss yet another big blow to Tar Heels

North Carolina's football team wanted history to repeat itself. That's what happened Saturday afternoon at the Orange Bowl, but the Tar Heels dug up the wrong time capsule. Trying to beat Miami after an open date just as they did in 2004, the Tar Heels instead endured a repeat of their loss to the Hurricanes in 2005. UNC suffered a big blow near the end of what had been a good first half, and Miami pulled away for a 27-7 victory in a half-empty stadium. (Durham Herald-Sun)
