Franklin Street welcomes UNC fans’ traditions during March Madness

As the Tar Heels make their second consecutive run to the NCAA Tournament’s Final Four, students and fans have brought their traditions and superstitions to bars and restaurants on Franklin Street. Even during the earlier games, March Madness has been one of the most popular times for eateries, always filling seats with eager fans.
