1. Joel Berry Playing on two bum ankles, Berry’s competitive fire has kept him on the floor for Carolina. Hindered in practice all week, he made a valiant effort in playing 35 minutes in the victory over Oregon but missed 12 of 14 shot and two free throws late. Perhaps most telling, the Tar Heels put the ball in Theo Pinson’s hands late. (Greensboro News & Record)
