Tar Heels Jump to No. 5 in D1Baseball Top 25 Poll

Fresh off the program’s first ever series sweep in Tallahassee over then No. 12 Florida State, head coach Mike Fox and the UNC baseball team jumped three spots in this week’s D1Baseball.com Top 25–checking in at No. 5. It marks the highest the Tar Heels (22-6, 9-3 ACC) have been ranked all season. UNC which currently sits atop the ACC Coastal Division. (Chapelboro.com)
