Rockingham County's Angel Zarate continues to dazzle on the diamond. Area baseball fans won't have to look far to see the Cougars' star at the next level, either. He'll be right down the road at North Carolina. Why was UNC the best place for you? Zarate: They've been one of the best programs in the country. UNC just felt right. They also develop a lot of great players.
