Chase Rice has lived several lives already — college football linebacker at North Carolina, runner-up on the reality show “Survivor,” NASCAR pit crew member and co-writer on one of the biggest country radio hits of the decade in “Cruise.” But after a decade where he’s inhabited all of those roles, Rice is ready to settle into his latest gig as a solo country artist.
