Fans petition to get Kennedy Meeks' jersey up in Smith Center rafters

A petition to have UNC basketball player Kennedy Meeks’ jersey put in the rafters of the Smith Center has been getting a lot of attention after being shared on Facebook. Junior Jericho Cook said he created the petition while watching Meeks play during the men’s basketball NCAA tournament, specifically the final games against Kentucky, Oregon and Gonzaga.
