The “Mentor Rat Pack” — “that sounds about right,” said Mentor football coach Steve Trivisonno — consisted of Mitchell Trubisky, Conner Krizancic, Brandon Fritts and Kade McClure. They played big at Mentor, won championships and dreamed even bigger. They were also gym rats. “We lived in the gym, lived on the field,” said Fritts. Sports brought them together, but they wanted more.
