Cowboys use fourth-round pick on Ryan Switzer: 'I think I'm the best returner in the draft'


The Cowboys used their fourth-round pick Saturday on , a 5-8 receiver who reminds them of one they already have. They hope he can provide juice in the return game, which they currently lack.
