Cowboys use fourth-round pick on Ryan Switzer: 'I think I'm the best returner in the draft'

The Cowboys used their fourth-round pick Saturday on Ryan Switzer, a 5-8 receiver who reminds them of one they already have. They hope he can provide juice in the return game, which they currently lack. Switzer, out of North Carolina, believes he can help. In fact, he has "Believe" tattooed on his inner lip, a photo of which took off on social media after he was selected.
