Tomon Fox, Defensive Line, North Carolina: Fox ranked as North Carolina’s No. 3 recruit in its 2016 signing class and appeared on track for a significant role in the line rotation. However, after playing in the first two games of last season, he was sidelined for the rest of the year due to a knee injury. Fox’s emergence would add to the solid foundation in place.
