Elijah Hood, a North Carolina product and one of Oakland's four seventh-round picks in the 2016 NFL Draft, is built just like Marshawn Lynch, making him a perfect insurance policy for Beast Mode. Lynch is thrilled to be playing for his hometown team, and luckily for the Raiders, Hood is just as thrilled to be share a practice field with Lynch.
