MLB draft not on Kyle Datres’ radar

If he chooses, Kyle Datres could be playing Minor League Baseball later this summer. The North Carolina draft-eligible sophomore almost certainly will be drafted next month. He is projected as a sixth or seventh-round selection and is Baseball America’s 190th-ranked prospect. But Datres is not rushing things. He already is living a dream.
