Two years in the making, North Carolina receiver Brooks Foster has truly arrived on the ACC scene. "He's a freak of nature athletically and the opportunity is finally presenting itself to showcase that talent," teammate Jesse Holley said. "Opportunity was knocking and he opened the door."
