14. Justin Jackson, SF, UNC: I think Jackson will be the first college upperclassman selected in the NBA Draft. A former top 10 recruit coming out of high school, Jackson needed time to develop in college and he did just that, showing improvement every season. During his junior year, Jackson particularly improved as a shooter, making 105 three-pointers. (Scout.com)
