26. Larry Fedora (35): Fedora's team went from 11 wins to eight wins last season, but he climbs nine spots anyway. Why? Well, my guess is that we were all still a bit skeptical following one really strong season in Chapel Hill, but last season showed that while 11 wins might be a bit much, Fedora's Tar Heels are still going to be a team to be reckoned with in the ACC.
